After-School Program

Sunrise Park Aftercare Registration

Acceptance will be based on availability, the order the online contract is received, and if the child(ren) is registered to attend school at Sunrise Park Elementary. 

The enrollment process will be determined by when, and if, families fill out and submit a completed contract through Eleyo. You can access Eleyo by visiting https://palmbeachcountyschools.reg.eleyo.com/.  Families will be contacted via email, based on pre-registration order through Eleyo, that their child(ren) will have a spot(s) in our aftercare, and will then need to pay a registration fee per child. Once contacted regarding your spot, you will have 48 hours to respond and pay or the spot will be released to the next person on our waiting list.

Enrollment DOES NOT guarantee a spot. Once available spaces are filled, students will be placed on a waiting list.  

We plan to inform all families, who receive a spot(s), or end up on our waiting list.  We will continue to enroll students after that date should available spaces become available based on additional staff being hired. At this time, based on the current staff available, we will have approximately 200 spots available to start. (VPK-5th).  Last year, we had requests for over 350 spots in our aftercare, so if you end up on the waiting list, it is highly recommended that you coordinate a plan with a vendor off campus should you need after school services for the school year.  Sunrise Park will continue to lease to external vendors who offer enrichment classes on our campus after school.

Students will be pulled from the waiting list as space opens based on grade level and the completion date of the pre-registration contract. This will be completed over the summer and into the next school year. It is our policy to continuously hire in order to limit or eliminate the waiting list.
